EHC Cancellation Policy

Classes:

• If you register for multiple classes and cancel one for any reason from now until 14 days before a new class term starts, you will be subject to a $100 administrative fee.

• If you cancel 13 - 7 days before the start of the term, only 50% of your tuition will be refunded.

• If you cancel 7 - 0 days before the start of the term, tuition is non-refundable.

• There is a 10% administrative fee if you cancel for a single class (prior to the 14 day cut off) that you registered, or if you need to switch classes.

• Practice time perk is non-refundable.

Workshops: We will give a refund (less a 10% processing fee) on workshop tuitions if we receive your cancellation 1 or more weeks week prior to the workshop date. No refunds or credits are given for missed workshops.

Private/Group Lessons: We will extend a full refund (less a $25 processing fee) on Individual & Group Session tuitions if we receive your cancellation 72 hours prior to the session date. No refunds or credits are given for missed sessions, and we will not refund for individual cancellations within a larger, prepaid group reservation.

Membership: There are no refunds on fully paid annual membership. Studio operation fees are non refundable.
