EHC Cancellation Policy
Classes:
If you register for multiple classes and cancel one for any reason from now until 14 days before a new class term starts, you will be subject to a $100 administrative fee.
If you cancel 13 - 7 days before the start of the term, only 50% of your tuition will be refunded.
If you cancel 7 - 0 days before the start of the term, tuition is non-refundable.
There is a 10% administrative fee if you cancel for a single class (prior to the 14 day cut off) that you registered, or if you need to switch classes.
Practice time perk is non-refundable.
Workshops: We will give a refund (less a 10% processing fee) on workshop tuitions if we receive your cancellation 1 or more weeks week prior to the workshop date. No refunds or credits are given for missed workshops.
Private/Group Lessons: We will give you a full refund (less a $25 processing fee) on Individual & Group Session tuitions if we receive your cancellation 72 hours prior to the session date. No refunds or credits are given for missed sessions.
Membership: There are no refunds on fully paid annual membership. Studio operation fees are non refundable.
